Hey guys,
I can give you the go ahead for any Todd projects. He is completely open
to this.
Concerning anything else, I will need to have a chat with the other guys
about it. Because Kings and Blue Sparks are not bands that stray from
structured song format, there hasn't really been a live taping thing
concerning them. You'd basically be getting versions of the songs as
they are stand.
I'll discuss and get back.
Peace,
Brian

"DAT OK. They are still really cool about taping. One of their friends, John,
usually runs a nice-sounding SBD/AUD mix that you can usually get a patch from
if you get there early enough. If John is not there, Rob will generally give
out a straight SBD patch, but not always. Bring all the appropriate cables and
adapters. Mic stands and AUD taping is always allowed. If a venue's security
ever stops you, ask them to check with the band (this could mean with Cal, or
any of the band members, especially Todd, who's gone to bat for tapers numerous
times and is a great guy). Rob Calabrese is still their soundman. If running
dat, use a 90 meter. Many times they play one long set of 120-140 min. Bring
extra batteries."
